We are a certified Facilities Management provider who works closely in coordination with our expert professionals who are responsible for an extraordinary array of workplace facilities. We take the organizational responsibilities in terms of facilities management and cover major sections, which include, making policies for safety and guidelines, setting and developing a safe and hygienic environment. Making elevator and lift regular checks and inspections.

Monitoring workplace standards, feeding concerns up through the organizations, operational procedures, training, personal protective equipment, inspections programmes, accident and investigation arrangements, fire and emergency procedures, first aid, occupational health, control of contractors and visitors, consultation with employees, audits of health and safety arrangements.

We ensure and look after all the facilities in a professional manner, whether it is facilities for resting and eating meals are provided, separate external facilities for smoker or suitable arrangement for pregnant women, an adequate supply of wholesome drinking water is provided, enough toilet and washing facilities, ventilated lit and clean which are accessible, doors, gates, escalators, and moving walkaways are safely constructed and safe to use, traffic routes are marked and organised so that pedestrians and vehicles can circulate safely, windows and skylights can be cleaned, opened and left open safely, glazing is protected against breakage and marked so that it can be seen, risks from falls or falling objects are removed or controlled, with fences and covers for tanks and pits, loors are level, not slippery, effectively drained and kept free from obstruction, and staircases have handrails, workstations and seating are suitable for the person and the job, there is sufficient floor area and headroom, workplaces, furniture, furnishings and fittings are clean, there is suitable and sufficient lighting, especially natural light, a reasonable temperature is maintained, enclosed workplaces are ventilated by sufficient fresh or purified air.  We work closely with the facilities professional in this field who ensures to work with proper PPE (personal protective equipment).
